Bayan is a Palestinian writer and published poet. Along with co-hosting The Creative Writing Retreat, she holds in-person poetry readings and performances. She has been writing for 10 years with a focus on poetry, prose, and short stories.

Along with poetry, Bayan is a Licensed Social Worker with a focus on trauma-informed care and somatic practice.
