Creative Writing Retreat Refunds

Cancellations occurring within 24 hours of purchase are eligible for a 100% refund.

Cancellations occurring after 24 hours of purchase and before two months of the retreat start date are eligible for a partial 50% refund. This allows our retreat enough time to advertise and refill your spot, which may or may not be guaranteed at this point in time. *This policy supersedes policy #1.

Cancellations occurring within the timeframe of two months from the retreat start date forfeit their right to all retreat refunds. *This policy supersedes policies #1 and #2.

 

General Returns and Refunds

Thank you for ordering with us! We understand that sometimes things don't work out and that's okay. We are happy to help you return your items. Once you receive your package, you have 15 days to inspect and/or request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the mailing address to ship your item to. Please note that we do not cover return shipping fees for non-damaged items. Once your item is received, we will immediately issue your refund which may take up to 3-5 business days to reflect in your account. *Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
